“The Beachcomber is a very old Florida style house that is truly steps away from the sugar sand of Clearwater Beach. There is considerable hurricane damage in the area, but not on this property that we could see. It has two queen beds, so depending on what you need it was comfortable to sleep four, plus two couches that were comfortable enough. The house was spotless, and the one minor issue we found they were super responsive to. No complaints.would definitely stay at the property again-”

“The place was exactly as advertised. It needs a little love but the location is excellent and the staff very nice. The weather didn't cooperate so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. . Cap Al has lots of beach items, chairs, beach towels for your use. Once again the location is excellent for beach walks and sunsets. It is walking distance to everything. I enjoyed my visit . Thank you ”

“The good: stocked home with all necessities. Super clean. Attempts to keep guests feeling welcome were non stop and I appreciated that. Access to endless beach gear. Overall super friendly. The not so good: required to check in at desk instead of going straight to room. Felt like a hotel rather than a VRBO. Listing was not super clear that it was a gulf view. Was not prepared for the extra fees. If someone is loud in the hallways, you hear everything. The biggest issue with noise were the……

“We loved the location and how the beach was just steps away. The listing was accurate and clean. We loved being on the quiet side of Clearwater beach and being walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Bed was very comfortable. We did come after Hurricane Helene so cleanup was still being done and we took this into consideration on our review. If the owner had had the parking spaces cleaned up (lots of palms in walking spaces and lots of sand still in the parking spaces making……

“The location was great. Very clean property. Loved the fact it had all the necessities. Out of habit I bought extra items but they were not necessary. Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future travel.”

“It’s an older house in a neighborhood of older houses, but has been completely remodeled inside as a rental. Basic and clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy to get around. It is right beside I-275 but the roadway is elevated so you’re not really hearing traffic when in the house. I thought the beds were very comfortable. ”

“I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. ”
