“Nice place to stay. ”

“My family of 8 stayed here with our 2 dogs right after Hurricane Milton. I didn't have high expectations as a hurricane just hit, but the home was clean and ready for us. My kids were very excited about the home, especially the large pool and the "smart" refrigerator where they could watch YouTube and have dance parties together in the kitchen. “The house is exactly as listed. We stayed in this house to explore the parks and locations in Orlando. We had to leave this home to go to another house for the remainder of our stay in Florida so we were closer to the wedding venue over the weekend. Our kids were so upset to leave this house. I think some of the adults were equally upset, too. Between the heated pool, hottub, the game room (the kids have a newfound love of pool now), and the theatre room, they had zero desire to leave! “Easy to find, spacious, pretty lake, quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. House is in need of paint, grout and carpet. Definitely pet friendly. Could use a doggie gate between formal carpeted rooms and vinyl . I made a barrier with iron board. My pup is only 3lbs. But the carpet had many stains from previous pets. Pool wasn’t heated so we called manager Craig whom walked us through set up. Malfunctioning pool alarm on sliding door went off numerous times and came off door and had to be rehung. Broken……

“Owners were responsive with questions we had prior to our check in. The rental was clean upon arrival and we did not have any issues during our stay. We were in town for a dance competition and this was a quick drive over to the convention center. ”

“Our original booking had an issue and we were upgraded to this property. We were notified day of issue, but without a beat they immediately offered another rental location of a comparable size. The upgraded location was slightly further away from theme parks, but still central between Universal, Disney, and the airport.Only hiccup of checking in was the process of getting in at the gate, however rental property agent responded immediately and helped resolve issue. Found house to be super clean……

“The layout is great with a fantastic pool area. Great location to restaurants, shopping and Disney.”

“I was impressed overall, but it would be helpful to have light switches labeled, as we inadvertently turned off the theater room projector when trying to shut off hall lights. Also It was not clear to me that you had to buy the pool heat before, but it was easily rectified when we arrived. Also you do have to rent a grill, it does not come automatically. Overall a nice experience, and plenty of room and fun for the kids. Nice perk is the community pool, lazy river and water slide access!”

Her quick responses and kindness quite literally saved our family vacation after we were left stranded following a 9-hour flight from the UK, and I cannot thank her enough for allowing us to stay at her home.
