Seacrest View - B101 at North Coast Village

This rare single-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has 2 ocean view balconies - one off the living area, and a 2nd off the primary bedroom! The second bedroom also has great ocean views, and offers queen and single beds. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and 2 chairs and has a granite fireplace surround. The chef's kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and custom cabinetry. Dishes, cooking utensils, and serving pieces are provided. Tile floors are throughout the condo. The primary bedroom retreat has a walk-in shower and a king size bed. The secondary bath has a tub/shower combination.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village is an oceanfront tropical paradise located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, tropical foliage, flowers, streams, walkways, Koi ponds, two heated pools and spas, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards and foosball.

The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross - this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the Olympic sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on the beach.

North Coast Village offers a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, a clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities in the building.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market near the pier is a delightful experience which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the exciting Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Nice place
We are a family of 4 that stayed here. Everything was wonderful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Yeah, you can hear some street noise from the bedrooms, but it never bothered us.

Fantastic beach getaway
Our family loved this condo for our beach getaway. We enjoyed become close to Legoland and spent a few days exploring SeaWorld and Balboa Park but was a bit more of a drive to get there. The condo was a wonderful haven to rest and relax and the pool was a nice break from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and the Thursday Oceanside market day axtivities

Very pretty common areas. Quite a bit of landscaping is under construction. Property itself had plenty of room and a good location. Street noise is pretty loud. There's a noticeable smell in the apartment and some things could use repair(kitchen faucet is loose and moves freely during use, screen door doesn't open easily) Overall, a nice stay, could use a little tlc to make it a place I would want to return to.

Great space in a great location
Everything was wonderful. Checkin went smoothly even though we didn't make until until 1am after a late flight into LAX. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The parking space was great and very easy to access from the condo. The condo had everything we needed and great views of the ocean. The property grounds we beautiful and well maintained. We felt like we were at an all inclusive resort. The pool was a nice size and well maintained just like the hot tub. We enjoyed the location, it was an easy walk to town, but a little quieter since we weren't right on top of everything. We would stay again and if you're thinking of booking, do it!

I specifically chose this unit because of the views and close proximity to the beach. I was traveling to visit family in Oceanside with my 3 children. We arrived later in the evening, picked up the keys and proceeded to the unit. I had an SUV and the parking space was small and next to a column. Parking spaces in general are tight here if you have an SUV, just fyi. When we arrived, I started to get the kids set up, only to find that the batteries in the tv remote were dead and the unit was cold. I attempted to turn on the fireplace and nothing worked, the remote batteries for this were also dead. Submitted a maintenance request that evening. While situating the kids in the 2nd bedroom, the bed was against the wall and blocking the heater to the room, I attempted to move the bed away from the wall and the leg fell off of it. After lifting the bed up, I noticed the hole was broken and the keg was never even screwed in and not able to be screwed in. They was no way anyone could even sleep on this bed without it collapsing and I’m amazing the cleaners made the bed this way and said nothing to anyone to fix the leg. I ended up having to have my sister come over to bring batteries for the tv remote and to help lift the bed to remove all of the legs to safely place it on the floor. I started to become disappointed with the unit but that’s not the end of it. In the morning when I went to shower in the master bathroom, the shower floor was covered with dead ants. Disgusting! I am aware ants are common near the beach but dead ants tells me no one had even checked this unit before we checked in and no one had been there in quite some time as the clocks all had the wrong time on them and were never reset after daylight savings MONTHS ago. The slider to the master bedroom balcony had a broken lock and you’re on one floor up from the ground level and several windows had broken locks. There was a mold like substance at the top ceiling of the living room sliding glass door. The cabinets in the kitchen have been refaced and the inside of them looks dark and gross. No Tupperware was provided to store any meals you prepared either. No water filter or Brita was provided. Location was great, the community is awesome and this unit needs to have eyes laid on it and someone to come in and check everything. As a short term rental owner myself, I would have died inside if I had a guest check into my unit in this condition.

Property was close to my parents house which made it easy to check on her. The pool was nice as well as the designated parking. However the condo was very dated and several things were broken. Could not lock windows because one or both locks were broken. The shower valve in the 2nd bathroom came off in my hand on the first use. Finally, the noise level was very high. From the train to motorcycles to random yelling. Very hard to have a quite moment. Probably would not stay here again.

The property is very nice. The noise is horrible from the vehicles driving by with music bumping, vehicles doing donuts in the parking lot where the cars are parked across the street, loud exhausts, screeching tires, etc and the train. It was every night.

Nice but needs some love
We’ve been to North Coast Village several years in a row now and this years trip was a bit last minute. The apartment was a great price for a two bedroom. You get a nice large dining table and overal nice looking furniture/aesthetic compared to some very old apartments at the complex. However it’s right on the intersection of the two streets and at night especially weekends (all night) and around 6-8am, you get non stop yelling and screaming from ppl on vacation (or bums) and loud cars and motorcycles revving plus random street cleaners literally before 7am. The thing is it would be ok if you can close windows but ya can’t! Because there’s no window AC or fans or anything so you are dying if you’re windows are closed. There was one small tower fan and we had it in our room working the whole time we were home. During the day it’s not bad but at night when you just need some peace and quiet, it’s hard to sleep. That’s my only complaint. I think management should look into that. Maybe add much more fans to the home/ maybe a window unit

Great proximity to beach, family friendly
My family of 5 stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The short walk to the beach was a huge hit for our crew. The sleeping arrangements worked well, although the pull-out couch was uncomfortable (we ended up using that mattress on the floor instead of the couch bed frame). It is a very loud intersection, however, and very noisy late into the night (and early morning). We also wish there would have been more fans as the evenings were still very warm and the one small fan didn’t product much of a reprieve from the heat. The kids loved that there was a boogie board; we loved that there were chairs and beach towels so we didn’t have to pack ours. We’d definitely stay there again if there were a few large fans to help cool off (and drown out some of the noise).

This property is nice. I wish the kitchen had some standard “food items” like salt and pepper so we didn’t have to buy it and leave it. So keep that in mind when staying here. The amenities were of the complex were nice and it’s steps from the beach. There is some traffic and the train but the noise wasn’t too bad.

Property is great. The unit photos didn’t match everything exactly as shown and the floors hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. That’s the only reason for the four stars. Otherwise, a fantastic stay. Great area and unit. Easy to access. Would stay here again.

Nice condo, beautiful property, street noisefairly loud
Condo was pretty clean and fully stocked. A little older but updated. Could use a few maintenance things like tightening some handles and window/doors screws loose or missing. Good customer service! We had an issue with the master balcony patio not locking, I sent a msg and they responded right away and sent someone out to put a wood block in the door track. We also called after our first night about the noise from the main strip, Pacific. It is fairly loud with music from cars and revving engines, also the train isn’t too far and you can hear it and feel it every few hours. They offered to reimburse us if we could find something else but didn’t have any other properties available. So we ended up staying. We were woke up a few times and kids complained some about the noise but it was tolerable. You can see the ocean a little from the living room balcony and the second bedroom window has a great view. The beach is just through the complex and its very convenient not needing to find public street parking. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept, big heated pool and large hot tub. Nice big gas grills with some tables close by for a cookout. Parking was great with the garage just below the unit, one flight of stairs. Overall great tip, beautiful location, we would come back, but might pick a quieter unit next time.

Not bad for a quick getaway
Overall it was great stay. Pros - Spacious, clean, nice kitchen, 2 balconies, good sized rooms. Cons- 1.located on a pretty nosy street corner. The bedrooms windows face the street which gets nosy at night. If your a light sleeper it may be an issue, although it was fun to people watch. 2. The “beach gear” on the balcony could use an update like some newer chairs that aren't rusty and old and a wagon that was unusable do to rust, but I know beach gear isn’t required to be provided. 3. The trash can needs to be upgraded , what’s $50, it was pretty smelly. Overall 7/10 Would stay again with a big group.

Great propery
The unit was awesome, very clean and nicely furnished. The views from both balconies were beautiful. The unit had a hotel feel, with the mini soaps and creatively folded towels. The beds were very comfy. The only con about the unit was it was right next to the street and it got very loud at night. We left the windows and doors open for air circulation and heard so many cars bumping loud music or revving their engines all night long. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the unit for you. Also, the wifi was super spotty. Communicating with the property manager was not super easy since it was a company rather than a person we could call or text. However, they were responsive after I left a message.
