The space
This new construction house built in 2023 has a spacious floorplan with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

• 3rd guest bedroom next to a laundry room with two full beds and two bean bag chairs perfect as kids’ room
• The living room and kitchen are beautifully designed with stunning finishes and a spacious dining table.
• Full laundry room with brand new washer and dryer
• 2-car garage with remote opener for guests' convenience. Another 2 cars have sufficient space to park in front of the house driveway.
• A private fenced backyard with a grill, outdoor furniture, and a relaxing hammock nestled under a majestic oak tree, creating the perfect space for outdoor gatherings and relaxation

Guest access
All areas of the property, except the owner's storage room, are open for guests. Please avoid unplugging the white box on the entry table, as it may disrupt the smart lock system and guest access. The passcode for the main entrance will be sent prior to check-in time and will remain valid throughout your stay.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
⋇ NO PARTIES or EVENTS, loud music such as boom boxes allowed as this disrupts other neighbors and guests. These types of disturbances will cause immediate termination & authorities will be notified. As hosts, we are required to adhere to strict policies to ensure that there are no:
- Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size.
- Open-invite gatherings
- Disturbances to the surrounding community such as Excessive noise, Excessive visitors, Excessive trash/littering, Smoking nuisances & Parking nuisances of stay, and fines will be assessed. A noise monitor is installed in the house for noise level monitoring only and does not have recording capabilities.
⋇ IDs will be validated before check-in (min age of 25 required to book)
⋇ Please ensure all parties occupying the home are aware of the house rules.
⋇ Smoking is NOT allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detected will result in a minimum of $250 to $500, and additional fines if it will impact the next guest stay. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please keep doors closed when smoking and dispose of cigarette butts.
⋇ NOISE CURFEW, there is a neighborhood noise curfew between 10 pm - 8 am
⋇ PETS. Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $125 pet fee per stay. Thanks for checking with us before your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised, no markings, etc.
2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture.
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs.
5. Please note our cleaners will charge extra cleaning if dog waste is not picked up or accidents on furniture.
⋇ We provide ample soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Walmart is a short drive away.
⋇ Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials about mandatory evacuations.
⋇ Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season to have the option to add travel insurance to your reservation.
⋇ For the safety of all involved, the exterior (front and back) of the home has security cameras with 24x7 capabilities.
⋇ Please handle the light furnishings with care. Charges may apply for any stains or damages.
⋇For your convenience, two garage door remotes will be provided for parking in the garage. Please note that there will be a charge of $150 per opener that is not returned, as replacing them on short notice can be challenging. We will provide reminders and a quick check-out checklist to assist you.
