“We were very disappointed with my stay. The jets in the tub in our room caused me to break out in hives, likely because of whatever chemicals or residue were inside them. There were also Corona bottle caps underneath the bed, which made the room feel unclean. In addition, it would have been helpful if the front desk staff had communicated basic information more clearly to guests upon arrival. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was poor, there were no beverages available except……
