Popular attractions like Jolly Roger Amusement Park to the south and Fenwick Island State Park to the north are just a few miles’ drive away.

At home, start each day with coffee on the balcony, soaking in the sea breeze and that glorious view. When you get hungry, step inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to make some breakfast. The open, updated space features bright coastal decor, abundant natural light, and plenty of room to gather with loved ones. At mealtime, grab a bite at the window-front table or step outside and dine alfresco at the bistro table on the balcony.

Spend the day lounging on the beach or enjoying Ocean City’s countless attractions, then return to relax in the central AC while the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s clothes. Step out to a local restaurant for dinner, then stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to scroll social media before bed. Even better, unplug entirely and head out to the balcony to watch the stars rise over the water and toast your good luck at booking such a gorgeous coastal escape.

Last minute cancelation
Unfortunately, my family and I never made it to the condo. We were sent a text message by Vacasa informing us that bed bugs were found as we were halfway to Ocean City. We received a full refund but not any other accommodations. We had to turn around and drive all the way back home. Beware of Vacasa when you are renting through VRBO.

Amazing view
Perfect spot to enjoy the beach! The photos don’t do the view justice, absolutely gorgeous. Unit isn’t super updated or fancy inside but worked fine for us and you can’t beat the location. Check-in process was super easy and convenient. Location was quiet and felt safe.

The owner needs to clean out the closets. The one in the guest BR had 2 vacuum cleaners, a disgusting looking dried flower arrangement that should have been tossed 10 years ago, 3 lamp shades. A large Q size comforter for the primary BR bed. We could barely get our own things in there. We moved a lot of it into the other bedroom closet, but even that closet had so much of the owners stuff in it. The sink in the guest bathroom was completely clogged. I can’t believe the cleaning staff did not notice the sink was not draining. I unscrewed the sink drain and cleaned it out (you’re welcome!). It was completely clogged with hair and gunk. The drain works fine now! There was no cutting board in the kitchen.

Perfect place for family
The property is perfect. The kitchen is dated and paper towel holders were coming off of the wall in each bathroom. Nothing to complain about though. The unit has everything a family needs for an enjoyable stay. very comfortable and perfect views. We are rebooking NOW! Loved it.

This unit smells of smoke (heavy) was not cleaned, including a full trash can and the property manager Vacasa was not helpful and in addition I have submitted a review with all of my complaints and have heard NOTHING from them. The view was absolutely beautiful, but even with that, we would NOT stay here again.

Marvelous Beachfront, but needs lots of TLC.
We stayed at this condo in February, the check-in process was good for us as we arrived late. The views of the beach were just as described. I must be honest and say there needs to be more attention to the cleaning. The property has great value, but we would have gotten sick if we had not come prepared with our own cleaning supplies and tidied up before our stay. Urine stains on the toilet seat, mildew on the plastic shower liners, dusty floors, debris on the counters, disorganized kitchen, and towels that weren't clean. Cleanliness is a large part of hospitality. We also had an issue because the parking placard was missing from the condo, so we spent the first day worried about whether our car would be towed, only to finally be told that as long as we parked in the designated spot we wouldn't be towed. We wished the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Otherwise, the unit was warm, despite the cold weather, and we enjoyed the marvelous views of the beach and the quiet stay.

Lovely view!
Great space. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of cigarettes upon entry. Funny story: on the morning of our first day-two men on a lift showed up in the picture window overlooking the water in the living space(5th floor). They put up plastic and blocked the view. Vacasa did magic after I called and the plastic was removed. I felt bad the men were not able to finish. However, I wanted to enjoy the magnificent view which was the reason for the booking. Other then the slight hiccup, the space is sunny and cute. The balcony was delightful as well. I hope to return during the summer to enjoy the water as the trip was in February.

Great location
We were in town for the Oceans Calling music festival, however I have been coming to the Jamaican Sun since I was a child. The location is great, lots of stuff within walking distance but quieter than being closer to the boardwalk which I prefer. Easy to catch the bus to anywhere along the beach. 501 is a great unit with a beautiful view of the ocean that can't be beat. The unit was clean and very easy to access. I hope to continue my family's tradition of going to Ocean City and I will continue to choose staying here as long as it's available.

Terrific beach getaway
Lovely condo with a great beach view. Perfect location...close to decent restaurants, but far enough from the ickiness of the boardwalk. Highly recommend.

There was a very loud noise coming from a pipe in the kitchen. I called vacasa maintenance the next day and they said someone would come look. They did not call or show up and this loud noise persisted during our stay. There were also blueberries in the couch. The home needs a deep cleaning.

Paying for the view only
If you are only looking for a view book this property. However, do not expect an extravagant condo. For the price they are charging for this you would think they would use it for some updates. The features in this apartment are extremely outdated. There was furniture thrown onto the porch that was so rusty I wouldn't dare to touch it. The sliding doors couldn't lock because the lock was completely rusted. The blinds are so cheap that you couldn't open them because they would fall right off. The couch was a U when you sat on it you sunk into the next person. Not to mention there were stains all over the couch it was disgusting. The kitchen is extremely outdated, the silverware was cheap and dirty as well as the other items provided. The countertops were dirty as well as the microwave. You could only pull out so many of the kitchen drawers before the handle on the stove stopped it, the one could only be pulled out like 4 inches. If you plan to stay here for a week I would consider bringing some of your own kitchen supplies. The only nice thing in the kitchen was the refrigerator. The bathroom was ok but the showers need updating. The beds were comfortable but the headboards were barely connected. No suitcase stands to put luggage on. The worst part was the overall cleanliness of this place. You would think they would put some of the money they charge you for towards it. Myself and the guests with me didn't feel comfortable walking without shoes on. We did once and our feet turned completely black it was gross. Upon arrival there were still crumbs on the ground and based on the color of our feet I cannot imagine the last time they mopped the floor. I would not stay here again as it needs major updates and MAJOR deep cleaning. As a frequent traveler to OCMD, this property was extremely disappointing for the absurd amount they charged for it.

Great View!
The view is one of the first things you notice when you step into this condo. It has such a great view and you are so close to the ocean. There was ample space for a family of four. I would liked it to have been a bit cleaner when we got there. We didn't feel like we could walk around bare footed (due to sand and dirt still on the floor). Toiletries and kitchen supplies were left for us to use which was very appreciated. On the other hand, the towels were very flimsy. They had little absorbency and left white fuzzies all over you when you tried to dry off. The pillows were very thin as well. I needed to double up just to feel like my head was laying on something. The beds were very comfortable and were the right layout for my husband and I and our two children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, filthy floors
The proximity to the beach couldn't have been better but the cleaning of the property needs to be much much better. The biggest issue was the floors. They were filthy and after only 5 minutes our 1 year old's little feet were black with filth. There were many other dirty areas - especially the kitchen (where the ceiling is about to fall down) but the toilets and the sinks were clean. We had to go to CVS and buy a floor cleaning kit and cleaned the floors ourselves and we covered the couch with our own blanket because it felt gross. We were never comfortable in the property sadly but we enjoyed the beach and the other things OCMD has to offer. Another issue (which you can see another family wrote in their review) was the sliding door didn't close all the way and it leaked in humid air and bugs all week. The homeowners responded to that review and said they fixed it but it wasn't fixed. There were also a lot of ants. The building was quiet, no neighbor issues. There is no luggage cart here so be prepared to make a lot of trips from the parking lot as you load in and out.

Great View and Atmosphere, but cleanliness was an issue
My family and I traveled from NJ to stay here in Ocean City. We were looking for a place with a great view and we got exactly that, and only that. The condo is nice but has cleanliness issues. I’ll start with what I came across. - Ants under the carpet in the living room - Centipede/whitefish in the bathroom that crawled under the vanity. - Hair/dirt from previous renters left over my mother had to sweep up. - Stains on the outdoor balcony area Next I’ll go room by room. Room 1 (First room when you walk in to your left) The two beds were not level. The headboards were basically off the bed frame. The blinds in the room would not fully open, and if you tried to open them they would either get stuck and not move, or they would fall off the hinges they would fastened to. Behind the door is a mirror that is falling apart at the corner seams. Lastly, the floors were not cleaned. They had dirt on them and it was quite nasty. Kitchen Area The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, cups, 2 tiny bottles of dish soap, and a couple of garbage bags. The fridge got nice and cold and the freezer had an ice maker built-in which was convenient. My two main concerns with the kitchen were the size and the sink garbage disposal. You can flip the switch to the right on the wall to activate the disposal. It grinds up leftover food particles into tinier pieces making it easier to pass through the pipes. The big issue with this is the hole in the sink did not have a cover. It should have one you can keep there to prevent serious bodily harm. If a child were to stick their hand in the hole and accidentally got the grinder turned on, it would be a horrifying experience and a quite painful memory. If you have children be very aware of this because it’s like stinking your hand into a blender when it’s on, just imagine. Very freighting. Living Room/Dining Area The living room and dining area were probably the best part of the condo. The view every morning was awesome to look out towards the horizon and see the waves rolling in. The balcony view was also very beneficial. Hanging out there staring into the moon was quite relaxing. My two main issues with the living/dining room was the cleanliness. There should be ants crawling under the carpet and dirt/hair should be cleaned before our arrival. We met the cleaner when we arrived but she didn’t do a very good job. I’m running out of space to write, but all in all it was “ok”

Never again!!!
No cart for your suitcases , food, etc. No outside water to wash the sand off of your feet or toys. I guess you needed a key!!! The patio door didn’t open.. the master sink wouldn’t drain right.the kitchen was filthy dirty. Not to mention no batteries in bedroom remote. Furniture was so uncomfortable my 5 year old grandson commented on it

Spectacular Views!!!
Don't hesitate to rent this property. My husband and I have been renting in OC for the past 12 years; and this is By Far the best!!! You won't get these views anywhere, truly Ocean Front. The only con is that we had to leave. We will definately be renting this condo in the future.

Beautiful view from any window and location perfect.
One of the twin beds was broken upon arrival and manage responded quickly, very happy for that. Furniture in living room is a little worn and uncomfortable. The location is perfect and I only wished the weather had been better, it was cold and very windy and I didn’t even go on the beach.
