“We loved our stay at Catch a Wave! The host was very attentive and helpful. The house was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the privacy of the back yard. What I will bring next time: Towels for my dogs My own towels and wash cloth but only because I’m fussy and don’t want to concern myself with messing provided ones . “Lovely vacation to the beach. House was a short walk from the beach with friendly neighbors. Got to enjoy the fireworks on the beach for the 4th.”

“This is a great place for a family getaway. There is an awesome playground for kids to play, a game room with kids toys, foosball, ping-pong, a speaker system, and TV. There are two gas grills and one charcoal that are covered so you can comfortably grill in the rain. There are a variety of different cabins all in the same area. “Cute little cottage within a walk to the beach. Despite the age of the cottages they are clean, comfortable and in a great location. Beds are comfortable, plenty of soft towels and a full kitchen. During our stay we could see they were updating a different cottage & making improvements to the property. Quiet area & great place to relax. Will be back.”

“Gonna point a few things out that would have made our stay at the Sportsman's cabin that may sound picky, but the following did detract from our stay in their totality. First impressions of the cabin is it is clean and nicely furnished. The leather couch with its recliner function was really comfortable. The cabin is right on the access road to the beach! Once we got in and started getting situated we noticed the missing/broken slats on some of the blinds. Turned on the tv and the picture was……

“Multiple safety hazards to include three missing smoke alarms, exposed electrical wire, extremely dirty heater, non-functioning kitchen and bathroom fans. Unit was still very dirty. Kitchen was grimy, floors were so dirty we had to wash our feet to get into bed, sink wouldn’t drain in the kitchen. Overall, would never book again and definitely put a damper on our holiday.”
