“The inside of the home was as described in the listing and had plenty of space for our group. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Bare minimum of items needed in home, no trash bags and no blow dryer provided. Was unable to contact anyone with questions. Phone number listed was never answered and voice-mail was full, texts and emails were never responded to. Ceiling fan in living room would not turn off and temperature in the house would not heat above 68 degrees. Casita is very small and……

“Lovely, quiet location, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from the casinos. The house was cute, had plenty of kitchen prep space and a nice layout for the four of us. The backyard had a pergola and dining table near the grilling island, for outdoor meals, which we used much of the time. Nice garage parking-ideal to protect our vehicle from the Arizona heat. My suggestions (and I have rental properties myself) is to advertise only those amenities that are functioning. Though the listing……
