“Nice space for a long weekend get away. Easy access to town and trails. Host was great and accommodating. ”

“The property was beautiful and secluded, very clean had surprisingly good cell service while there. The cabin had everything we needed for a weekend stay, and the owner was very communicative. I may note that the driveway is about a mile long, and is gravel so if you stay after a real heavy rain then you may want to take it easy down it in case of a few small potholes, but nothing serious. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Thank you for allowing us an amazing stay! Berties Nest was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.The views of the mountain were absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the sunrise over the trees in the morning along with a family of deer who visited occasionally. The peaceful tranquility of the Arkansas mountains is something my family enjoys every year and this place did not disappoint. Parthenon is where my grandfather was born and raised so to pass by the little old general store……

“Your property was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we were hoping for!!! It was nice and clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The only two things were we couldn’t get connected to the WiFi so had no cell service. Sunday morning we rebooted the WiFi and was able to connect. People need to be aware of the driveway…we have a 4x4 truck so we had no problem, but my son had issues in his car. Thanks again for sharing your home and allowing us to have a great getaway weekend!!”

“14 of us ranging from teens to adults stayed for 4 nights for our annual sxs trip. We rode at Buffalo wilderness rider which is about 20 mins away but we hauled our trailers and rides there since it was mostly highway miles. This house has soooo much space!! It’s even bigger in person than in the pictures and there is plenty of bed space for everyone! The living room and kitchen are large and wide open. The outdoor space was great as well. Plenty of seating for everyone and a fire pit that……

“The three Goetz siblings and their extended family of 18 total slept comfortably at the Perch! Beautiful view of Horseshoe Canyon! Near to the Buffalo River and Lost Valley Trail plus others. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family meals. Spacious dining tables for eating and games! Outdoor fire pit was lovely! Very clean and well kept facility. Would highly recommend! Communication with the host was quick and easy!”
