“Staff was very friendly. Had an issue with a sheet but the staff fixed it promptly and offered to comp breakfast for the inconvenience. We refused to accept the breakfast as my wife and I both work customer service and understand thst not everything can be controlled. Fixing the issue was enough, no need for extras. 😉”

“Newly renovated. Comfy bed and linen. I like having hard floors instead of carpets. Okay breakfast but I’m not complaining since it’s free. Even though the place was nearly empty, they placed someone in the adjoining room to mine. NOT sound-proof. I could follow their conversations and listen to their TV. It’s about an 18 minutes drive to North Beach where you can find nice restaurants and bars. ”

“The ladies monitoring the breakfast had attitudes. We had no clue we had to have our room key in order to eat breakfast. We turned our room keys in to the guy at the front desk. He asked if we were eating breakfast and we said yes. He could have told us we needed our keys to eat breakfast. I would recommend your staff tell guests they need their keys in order to eat breakfast. ”
