“This apartment was just what I needed for my long weekend trip. Except for the party nearby on Friday night, which I didn’t mind because the music was great, it is surprisingly quiet. “Took my granddaughters and daughters to NYC the week after Christmas. We wanted lots of room to spread out rather than a hotel room. This apartment fit the bill. We especially liked the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The design and colors were nice and we felt very safe in the building. The elevator opened directly into our apartment which was pretty cool. The host was very responsive our needs.”

“My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.”
