「The booking process was super easy on Vrbo. Property setting was in a good location. A couple things to consider. Please have a variety of coffee or just regular coffee available for guest. The screen door kept coming off. Needs an exhaust fan in RR or window to open. Curtain rods kept falling out. Curtains in MA bedroom. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay!! Weather was great!! 「It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. 「We loved our stay at the Little Joe cabin on the Pon’erosa in Knoxville. We were there for our son’s graduation from UTK. Kevin and Brandi are great hosts and very responsive. They seem to think of everything. We felt more like guests in their home than as renters of a cabin. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. The grounds peaceful. Highly recommend it for a getaway.」

「We loved this house and location. They had lots for the kids to do inside. Would absolutely stay again. There was only one downside, no fault of the owner. Every single time that you went outside, front or back, the neighbors 3 dogs barked at you very meanly nonstop until you went back in. It was quite a nuisance if we went outside for anything. As for the inside of the house, we actually thought it was better than the listing, we had 3 kids and it was great.」

Did so crawdad catch and release in the crick...we t to the swimming hole down the road..had a nice afternoon at Watts Bar Lake hiking and swimming..Ozone Falls as well.. we had to transfer the propane tank from the fire pit to the grill as tank was empty...we would definitely recommend a stay here!!」

「The residence was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of space for a couple. The Keurig was very convenient and well stocked with K cups, creamer, and sugar. Train noise was definitely a thing the first night, but we kinda got used to it after that. Although the main bed upstairs was nice, we actually decided to sleep in the murphy bed downstairs most nights. It just felt a bit more cozy down there. We had a wonderful time here and would absolutely recommend to others!」
