"Wir (2 Erwachsene & 4 Kinder) waren zum ersten Mal an diesem Urlaubsort. Bei der Ankunft verlief alles reibungslos. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wunderbar war auch, das man direkt vor der Tür einen schönen Spielplatz hatte. Der kleine Supermarkt hat auch alles da, wenn man mal etwas vergessen hat. "It was the perfect place for our family of five to explore the Groningen area and our family's ancestry. The house was spacious, clean, quiet, and located right on a canal. We rented the boat and took it out on the lake one day. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside on one of the many decks surrounded by flowering bushes and plants. We wish we had more time to spend at the house and in the Kropswolde/Groningen area but hope to come back someday!"

"Lovely location and clean property. Niggles were around the owner not responding to questions about what would already be there (there were filters for the coffee machine, now there are 2 boxes! There is a car charge point nearby but no idea if we could have accessed it). We also weren’t sure if we were allowed onto the jetty but presumed we were. But a nice quiet place to stay."

"Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und top ausgestattet und chic eingerichtet. Leider war es sehr heiß und auch im Haus kaum auszuhalten. Holland1 sollte über die Installation einer Klimaanlage nachdenken. Leider wurde uns gegenüber auch gebaut so dass wir dann morgens von Baulärm geweckt wurden. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit."

Das Chalet ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet – es fehlt an nichts, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. "Wir hatten wunderschöne 7 Tage und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Alles war so unkompliziert und super netten Kontakt gehabt. Klar, ein Boot muss noch extra dazu gebucht werden, dass könnte auch im Haus mit inklusive sein, zumal man das Haus nur über Wasser erreichen kann aber es war auch sehr unkompliziert in Grou eins zu mieten für die Woche, da gibt es genug Boote. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Ausblick in alle 4 Himmelsrichtungen ist Fantastisch. Schöne Bootstouren gemacht...

"Ich bin mit Freunden und zwei Kinder (1 Jahr) über Silvester in der Unterkunft gewesen. Wir fanden es traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und der Whirlpool läd zum Entspannen ein. "May not suit everyone, but if you want a very quiet, relaxed time, this is perfect. The cabin was superb, with everything you need. No TV, and that was fine. The owners were lovely, Stan and Ienke were gentle souls who were always on hand. The satnav. did not take us directly to the camp, but it was easy to find. Beautiful cycling area. Would definitely go there again. This is a place of quiet and peace, a place to unwind. It has a wildness about it that is endearing."
