“We stayed here for 10 days with our three children. The condo is beautiful and spacious, it was clean we we arrived. Check-in was easy. The property and grounds are well taken care of. The location and beach were also wonderful. One thing that we found annoying was the amount of rules Playa Royale has, particularly for children playing in the pool, we felt we had to constantly remind our children to be quiet and basically not be kids. That being said, we did enjoy how peaceful it was there, but……

“We stayed 9 weeks. If you’re looking for perfection, this isn’t it—only because it shows some wear and tear. BUT it’s an absolutely lovely condo and so conveniently located to the beach. There isn’t much of a night life around but if that’s what you’re looking for, Puerto Vallarta is probably where you need to be and not Nuevo.
