“Our first time exploring Cape Breton and we made this our base for a few days. We were expecting it be rustic and it sure was - a real old-style beach cabin. The plumbing had a few issues but it delivered hot water no problem. The kitchen is the front entry so a bit crowded. Still, we had a great stay. The porch and picture window allows for great views of the sunset and lighthouses at night. Colin was very helpful with our reservation when we needed to make a change. It seemed a bit……

“We loved our stay at Glenghorm! We had a suit that overlooked the ocean and it had such beautiful views. The staff were friendly and the food was good! ”

“It was a quick check-in. Room was pretty clean and had everything we needed. The sleep aromatherapy vial by the bed is a nice touch! The pool is also open until 11, which is really nice because by the time we got home from supper, we still had time to go swimming. The shower has a rain shower head, which is also a nice touch. Although the parking is easy, the fee is steep. The elevators are quite slow and check-out was also a bit slow, as for some reason all of the workers were in the back for……

“Staff was very helpful, even with the limited parking situation. We had to park off site, but suggestions were made to get in the parade in the morning for the next day. It’s a lovely hotel, with beautiful terraces and views. One thing that would have been nice is to have clean windows in our room for the view. ”

“An older motel that has been updated. Clean, modern decor. Had a oeaceful feeling there. Bathroom was small, small shower. But for one night stay it was perfect. Just outside of Lunenburg. Ocean right across the highway ... what a view!”
