“Our first time exploring Cape Breton and we made this our base for a few days. We were expecting it be rustic and it sure was - a real old-style beach cabin. The plumbing had a few issues but it delivered hot water no problem. The kitchen is the front entry so a bit crowded. Still, we had a great stay. The porch and picture window allows for great views of the sunset and lighthouses at night. Colin was very helpful with our reservation when we needed to make a change. It seemed a bit……

“The renovations are nice. We thought the beds were too soft and the room heating was tricky. It was either too cold or too hot. We wish the restaurant and/or room service were more extensive. We arrived after 9pm and there was no food available. ”

“An older motel that has been updated. Clean, modern decor. Had a oeaceful feeling there. Bathroom was small, small shower. But for one night stay it was perfect. Just outside of Lunenburg. Ocean right across the highway ... what a view!”
