No deposit invoice was received
Had to call and pay before entry details were sent to us. Promised 1st Floor flat but allocated 2nd floor, 40 stairs to climb with mobility problems was very difficult. TV broken on Saturday night, reported on Sunday, inspected but not repaired or replaced only apologies. Not good enough. Had to play find a car parking space as the ones allocated were always in use by someone else. Inside the flat was very noisy due to commercial exhaust fans close to the building and it was too warm to shut the windows. Apartment from that it was very clean, tea, coffee milk etc. provided and it is in an excellent position, very close to the city centre.
