“I booked the wrong date by mistake and the hotel reservations manager sorted this out straight away and was very helpful. We checked in to our room and it was freezing. I called reception and they sent a staff member up to try and rectify. Again she was really helpful but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, they allowed us to move rooms.
