“We stayed here only one night and continued our trip to Vermont the next morning. Plenty of parking and easy to check in. Have all kitchen amenities we need. Close to many attractions and the Kancamagus highway and Franconia Notch state park. So worth the money. I definitely stay here again. ”

“We liked our experience at this cabin and it allowed us to do great activities in the White mountains (my spouse, myself and our dog). The cabin is super cozy and confortable with the heating and AC units. However, we noted 3 downsides that can't give the 5 star review : - General cleanliness was okay, but not great. A good portion of the dishes and cookware were pretty dirty and we had to do a lot of dishes upon arrival. - We wanted to use the kayaks on the lake, but we were just not able to……

“Outstanding views. Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with opportunities for privacy. Excellent game room. Towels more than plentiful. However, odd that there was not enough glassware to go around. Would rate experience A plus but for one serious shortcoming. The fence in front of property is not secure and potentially hazardous for families with young children.”

“Very spacious and cozy cabin! Marianne was very accommodating. She responded very quickly to all emails. The cabin was very clean. We would love to stay again when we're in the Conway area.”

“Couch was really dirty . Dog hair all over the futon. Mold and mildew smell all over the house . Upon leaving the house we cleaned the whole house . The person who came to clean the house was rude , gave an attitude about check out process . ”

“This vacation rental was an excellent location to have a team retreat with friends that have an excellent bonding experience. It's great to have privacy for everyone and big public spaces. The owner was so helpful and having the groundskeeper on site was definitely handy when anything came up. Thank you for the space to create such great memories. ”

“Great place for our Friendsgiving weekend. The kids loved the pool! Close to echo lake/cathedral ledge and Conway center. Hosts were very responsive to any questions/issues I had. Would definitely stay again.”
