“The house is ideally situated voor walkers and visits to the small towns in the vicinity. Very well equipped house and kitchen.We only had a lot of problems with FEWO direct organization, but that had nothing to do with the landlord, who was very nice. Together we found a nice solution. Den Einzigen Minuspunkt von mir persönlich gibt es wegen dem Kinderreisebett, weil keine genaue Beschreibung vom Aufbau dabei war und wir echt Probleme damit hatten und weil es keine, für Mama, bequeme Möglichkeit zum wickeln gab.”

“Wir haben ein Haus über Silvester im Dormio Resort gebucht. Das Haus war geräumig und gemütlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer war bequem. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Silvester in der Eifel :) Kleiner aber überschaubarer Nachteil - die Wände sind etwas duenn.”

“Wir, zwei Familien mit Teenager-Kindern, haben die Silvestertage hier verbracht. Das ist seit Jahren Tradition und hier in der Eifel haben wir es sehr gut vorgefunden! Das Haus ist neu renoviert und mit drei Badezimmern ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir konnten die Zeit genießen beim Raclette, Quatschen und einigen Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Familie Jansen ist zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! ”

"I have always chosen the Maritim Hotel because I appreciate its atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time, I had a disappointing experience during check-in. I booked a room with two separate beds through Hotel.com and received a confirmation for it. However, upon checking in at the reception, the manager on duty was extremely impatient and treated us unfavorably. When I arrived at our room, I found that we had been assigned a king-size bed instead, which did not match my booking. I then returned to the reception and requested either a room with separate beds or at least an additional mattress. Unfortunately, my request was rudely denied by the manager. Later, we spoke with a housekeeping staff member who informed us that the bed could easily be separated into two single beds. The staff member was very kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. This made it even more difficult for me to understand why a manager at such a prestigious hotel like the Maritim treated us so uncooperatively. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that such experiences do not happen in the future. "

Not Suitable for Families

" I recently stayed at IBIS budget hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the hotel that made my stay less than satisfactory. Firstly, I was surprised to find out that the hotel required a deposit for the use of a hairdryer. This seemed unusual to me, as hairdryers are a standard amenity in most hotels. Additionally, the bathroom lacked any sort of curtain or door, which made it quite awkward and uncomfortable for my family. This lack of privacy was a major inconvenience and made the bathroom feel very exposed. Finally, the room itself was incredibly small, with barely enough space to move around. This made it difficult to unpack and relax, and it felt quite cramped, especially with my family. Overall, I would not recommend IBIS budget hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The lack of privacy in the bathroom, the deposit required for a hairdryer, and the cramped room made for a disappointing experience. "
