“The property is well maintained and the views are stunning. The staff is very kind and will go out of their way to help you! I will for sure be staying at this property again and hopefully a longer stay next time. My only small issue was when I had asked the concierge if they had anything for altitude sickness (mainly hard time breathing) I was told no, but in the pool area there are signs stating there is oxygen available at the front desk.”

“我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。”

“Stay was amazing. The room was pretty basic with everything you might need, but the staff were amazing. Everyone was very nice and very helpful with any questions. Amenities were great. Would stay here again and definitely recommend! ”

“Nice quiet place to stay, close to many things. The hotel was older but kept up and clean. We didnt use the amenities as we stayed just 1 night to enjoy the HotSprings. Staff were friendly, with plenty of parking, affordable studio with beautiful mountain views, was definitely worth the price. We would stay here again!”

“Stayed here for 2 nights and was very comfortable. Didn't swim in the pool area, but it looked very fun and clean. It's a pretty big pool with a really big twisty slide going into it. There's also a very big hot tub in the pool area. There's also a game room in the basement that had a few arcade games in it. They serve breakfast in the morning and it wasn't anything big, but there was lots of good options of pre-packaged things like cereal, muffins, yogurt, bagels, and of course they had a……

"It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it."
