“Very clean and for the price, it's a remarkable place to stay. The staff was overwhelmingly nice. It was quiet and I felt safe. The location is perfect and you feel secure in that area of Florence. My only recommendation would be if, within the budget, upgrade the eggs to scrambled and have a waffle/pancake machine that works. But fir the price of the room, I still give ya'll a 5 star rating. My overall stay was very enjoyable!”

“I have stayed at this property 3 long stays in the last 2 months. Each time the staff has been wonderful. 2 times we stayed upstairs and the rooms were clean and had no issues. This last stay the room was on the first floor. It was well used and the walls could use a good cleaning. We had problems with the heater from the first day and they offered to move us.
