“Nice modern hotel with excellent rooms: mine had a spectacular view out to sea. I was pleased to discover that the hotel was quiet although busy. The staff were very pleasant and attended in a professional manner. The food, unfortunately, I thought was disappointing although very keenly priced. Food service was lacking a bit of professionalism. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would return.”

“We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there……

“Quiet when I was there but all good, owner very helpful and pleasant. Clean and tidy rooms and bathroom, nice towels and shower gel etc A usb charger would be the only thing I'd add.”

“Pleasant helpful staff, at check in and breakfast. We did not have an evening meal. We booked a sea view double room. The view was the highlight for us. The room was a good size, with a decent bathroom. An electric shower, so not as powerful as a rainfall shower. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water provided- with the largest mugs we’ve ever had in a hotel room.A good selection of cooked breakfast choices along with cereal and juices that you helped yourself to. ”

“Lovely hotel in a great location by the beach. Art deco building with a lively pub inside, great choice of beers, cocktails etc. Food was excellent and breakfast choice was very good. Super dog friendly with their water fountain and treats. Loved it there and Tynemouth as a delight. ”
