“It was a decent property for our needs. The room ok - the bedspread was nice, but the pillows were extremely flat. The extra door lock for security was missing the bolted portion attached to the door, so there was no way to secure the room other than the electronic - luckily I brought my portable lock. ”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……
