“While the property offers tons of amenities, and our room was spacious, we we’re dissatisfied with the lack of service and also because of the layout of the property, it was very difficult to get around due to all the hills and parking was very limited. We had our one year old baby and didn’t realize there were not elevators to get to our floor. Hiking the baby and the stroller up and down the stairs anytime we left our room was less than ideal. Maid never bothered making our bed even once……

“You can tell this property is past it's prime landscape etc, staff uncommonly accommodating , BBQ restaurant quite good. Too cold to use lazy river rooms nice and priced right”
