“Everything went great and made for a great family Christmas on the beach in Mexico. Place was clean and everything we could ask for. Staff around the facility were extremely nice and polite. Would book another vacation here again!!! ”

“We have been visiting Rocky Point for 20 years and have never had a complaint about any other place. We checked in on a Sunday and were instructed to call Astrid for an orientation. We called and she said Angel would be over shortly. We waited over 2 hours and no one came. The jacuzzi was empty and we were not told it wasn't working. Later we found out the TV's weren't working and the thermostat for one of the bedrooms wasnt working. I called Astrid and left a message and sent a message to……

“Everything was fantastic. The amenities on property and in the condo were awesome! The hot tub was great, outdoor patio, outdoor shower and rooftop deck were all so relaxing. It was perfect for us, our kids and my parents. We all had plenty of space. The location is perfect for having kids. The grassy area is visible from inside the condo, short walk to the pool and short walk to the beach. Thank you!!!”

“Perfect location. The villa has everything we need. Super clean. Our family enjoyed the short vacation and will definitely stay here again.”

Only drawback was the lack of cookware and dishes. 1 frying pan, 1 pot, no serving bowls at all, 1 small cutting board, no cookie sheets, no cocktail classes or wine glasses, not enough forks and knives for a place that sleeps 12 Basically the kitchen needs to be fully stocked with cookware not just a random pan or two. ”

“The outer streets are sketchy, but once you open the gate to the property itself, you step into a new world, it’s very nice inside. Just don’t get scared with the surroundings outside. ”

“Our stay at Coco Pita Villa was amazing! The villa was in pristine condition and was stocked with everything we needed - beach towels, blankets, kitchen ware - all available and easily accessible. Instructions for using the appliances and AC were readily available and easy to follow. And the hot tub on the patio was fantastic! We were within walking distance of several lovely pools, bars and the beach was only a few short steps away. The highlight of our stay was Chef Henry and Chef Alondra’s……
