“Being a little higher in elevation, open windows allowed the breezes to cool us at night. Screens on all windows were great! We loved exploring the neighborhood. Friendly and knowledgeable manager made sure we had all we needed. One glitch - on arrival my phone could not find any wifi, thus my GPS could not work, and I could not connect to the site telling the location of the house. I also couldn't remember if the manager was meeting us at the ferry or the house... We had offered to walk to the……

“Last minute, we grabbed this place to extend our stay on Útila and WOW….we got lucky. Very well appointed kitchen allowed us to cook some gourmet meals. Only matters to chefs but…great knives and sharp..with a quality sharpener! The bed was very comfy, bathroom had a bidet! Wonderful view and sounds of the ocean crashing in front of our eyes. The owners were on site this week. Mark and Steve are amazing guys always aware of our needs or questions. Great location close to. Sun Street, but……

“The property is very neat and clean, and the security is on point which is something that was very important to our group visiting Honduras for the first time. We felt very safe. The Security guards were amazing. The condo was perfect for our group. We will definitely stay here again on a return visit.”

“I would rate the property wey good the shower head didn’t work so we had to take bird baths. Without a vehicle it would have been difficult and parking was a little challenging. The host was very pleasant and overall the property was very nice. Overall I had Avery good stay.”
