“I always stay here when passing through KC, nice and clean hotel! Only problem was that the room was super hot and stuffy because the fan only blew out really hot ai, so it was a sweaty and uncomfortable nights sleep ”

“The staff at the Doubletree are always friendly and helpful. The property is beginning to show signs of age. The bathtub was clean but still looked dirty due to age. It was also quite cold in the hallway and room. It took a very long time to warm up the room. I think the windows are not very insulated. Closing the curtains fully did help. The ceiling had some water damage spots. Overall it was a nice stay but not the same Doubletree I remember staying in. ”

“from the lobby to the room everything was elegant. The staff was very professional but very inviting. ask for extra towels it wasn't 5mins and they were there, we had snacks in the room and the breakfast was hot and filling. The one I went to I would refer to anyone”

“So very clean! Great value! The only negative- like all Drury’s- they are hot. The room was hot and the air could not be adjusted down cooler- it is locked out. With the polyester bedding, very warm nights sleep. Too warm!”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……
