“The Fontaine is a wonderful property. The restaurant was excellent. However, there are areas of improvement, especially concerning Expedia VIP Members and our benefits. I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. There was quiet a bit of wear/tear on the property and in our room including a shattered mirror. This property used to be so fresh. ……

“Pros: The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The automatic pancake maker was extremely entertaining for breakfast. The hotel takes you back in time with the decore and you feel like you went back in time. Would stay again.”
