“...einfach perfekt nach einer Woche Varna-Stadt um die Seele baumeln zu lassen .Unsere Kids und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Wir kommen gern wieder.”

“Dieses schöne Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist super sauber und gemütlich. Toll ist auch, dass in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher ist, der auch funktioniert. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Schön ist auch, dass in einem Badezimmer eine Dusche steht und in dem zweiten Bad eine Wanne integriert ist. Das ganze Haus ist super sauber und ordentlich und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde während……

“Property filthy owner says it was cleaned but it wasn't everything was covered in mice poo, dead bugs, stained, broken, pool unclean, access terrible, chairs filthy bathrooms disgusting, bedding not fit, curtains all stained, broken cooker, no gas for 5 days, poor communication with owner very dismissive, half the house unusable due to broken furniture et. Faulty electrics. Unsafe patio all chipped and not suitable for children. House in disrepair, go through floor boards, terrible smell of……

“Hübsches Ferienhaus mit großem Garten am Ende eines Weges gelegen. Sehr ruhige Umgebung (September?).. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer bis nach Albena. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, spricht ausgezeichnet deutsch , wohnt in der Nähe ist bei Problemen (Haus nicht auf Anhieb gefunden;))sofort erreichbar und zur Stelle. ”

“Tolle Fewo am schwarzen Meer. 5 km Entfernung vom Albena Resort. 13 km zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Baltchik. Genügend andere Strände ausser Albena in guter Erreichbarkeit. Sightseeing-Tipps von den lokalen Personen bekommen (Betreuer der Fewos). Einziges Manko (für meine Frau) waren die vielen Spinnen in der Fewo. Aber sowas lässt sich "im Süden" wohl kaum verhindern. (Meiner Meinung nach super da die Spinnen doch andere Insekten fressen). Von mir aus ein alles Top und gerne wieder!. Sehr……

“Propety location is great, but there are small things that need to be fixed. Bathroom and restroom need attention. Beds could be way more comfortable with new matress. One of the bedroom air conditioners is due for replacement. Overall score 3.5.”

“This is a newly renovated property and it is very clean and above normal standard for the area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away and a restaurant in the hotel (free breakfast buffet). There is also a very good pizza/italian restaurant just 1 minute walk away.
