“Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. ”

The one and only reason we would not re-book this property is the fact that the home has cameras in the living spaces. “Mostly excellent. The heat unit was loud and at times disturbed our sleep, but the comfort of the bed was excellent. The garage was across the street and it's a shame a covered walkway isn't available to protect one against extreme cold, snowy or rainy conditions when walking back to the hotel from the garage. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The hallway carpeting was clean and plush. We look forward to staying at the Westin in Waltham again as we plan to visit family in the area……
