“We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return.”

“The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,……

“This property is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in.Our family of 14 ranging from 13 to 67 were all very impressed with everything. The house is well equipped with everything you would need, just a lovely home from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely house to other family and friends, in fact we have already given details to friends who wanted to know where we stayed.We parked 5 cars easily on the driveway and as it’s just a short walk away from the harbour and the many……
