“We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset……

“My young adult daughters and I spent a few days at this lovely place to catch up and spend time together. Once we parked the car we didn’t need it for our entire stay. We enjoyed the cliff walk, area restaurants, and shopping. The location of this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for all three of us. It was well stocked with keurig pods for the mornings. Plenty of towels. Comfy beds with super soft cozy blankets. We would totally stay there again. Thank you Matt and Ryan. ”

“We stayed this past weekend. Good location. However very small living room. Also there was no one in the place and they still would not let us check in until 4pm. They were rude about it. Didn’t like that. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Bed was comfy though. Also they need to update things. A bit outdated ”

“This property is perfect for a visit to Newport. The upstairs includes a bedroom (king bed), full bathroom and loft (with couch). The downstairs has two bedrooms (each with a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen (just needs a teapot), dining room and living room. Everything was clean. Included parking was close by. Everything was very well managed. Can walk to essentially all Newport has to offer.”
