“Right off the highway, Howie’s home is easily accessible but still quiet and cozy. The suite is down a staircase to a private entrance to the basement of the home. Howie was a very communicative host and we felt very comfortable there. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay - free parking, easy drive to the city and super easy drive to cypress for skiing!”

“We were very happy with this rental. It was modern, spotlessly clean and had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable and the heated floors were a wonderful luxury. The entire back of the house is windows onto a forested natural ravine with a creek below and walking trails. The trails can be accessed just down the street a short walk. Groceries were close by as was downtown NVan and WVan for supplies. It was just a short drive to skiing at Cypress Mountain.The master bed was so……

“We had such a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect for whatever you want to do in the Vancouver area. Parking was a breeze, the house had everything you could possibly need (and we had a fairly long stay). It was comfy, cozy, and convenient. We will for sure stay here again!”

“Enjoyed our stay, especially the option to use the outdoor space. Overall, the space has a functional layout, fresh design and is located in a lovely neighborhood. Some points were a bit noisy with the kiddos upstairs, but totally understandable with young children. Perhaps a bulit more sounds proofing between floors would be a good solution going forward. We would stay here again. ”

“We enjoyed the property. It was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. Only challenge was parking--parallel parking backing up a steep slope took a while to master. A couple of times there was no parking space. We had to park further away and then move our car when a closer space became available. Very easy to access places on the north shore but more difficult to reach Vancouver and environs. Except for parking I would have given all 5 stars.”
