“The condo was beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need. The beach across the street was supper convenient. AC in the bedrooms was great and the breeze that comes into the living space along w the ceiling fan seemed to work well for when we were in the unit. If it were a typical August weekend it may have been too warm. The beds weren’t that comfortable which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. The walk to town is doable (25 min) but we found it a bit too long so we drove……

“Absolutely, fabulous house! Location is great, 5 min walk to Mayo Beach and ten min walk downtown. The house was very clean and well equipped. Owner was excellent at communicating. A+ ”

“We loved every minute of our stay! Not only was this a great location but it was clean, perfect for myself and 2 friends. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans if you want to cook. The shower was great and the towels were nice and thick and fluffy! The beach was just a short walk away and there is a great path across highway 6 that takes you to a cool dune path. The house was clean and neat and very cozy. We rented electric bikes from Gale Force bike rentals which was a ton of fun.……

“Everything was as described. The location was very convenient and in walking distance from all of the bars and restaurants in town. There were only 4 of us, but the house could easily accommodate 6 couples. Ben was very kind and responsive with his communication. We will definitely be saving this one as a favorite!”

“Great condo and location. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was missing some silverware as well as dinner plates. Dining area smoke detector didn't have a battery?? I would replace the living room leather chairs. The leather is literally peeling off. This is a nice condo, it just needs a few things addressed. ”

“My partner and I really enjoyed staying here this past weekend. The place is even nicer than the pictures suggest. The house is well stocked and has everything you need. The location is conveniently located within a short walk to the restaurant's, bars, and clubs. My only complaint is that I wish there was a parking spot. We found a town lot to ditch the car, which worked out great but it does add another expense. Regardless, I highly recommend staying here.”

“Very tidy condo with all the basics hovered nicely. It’s in a very quiet ‘hood but close to everything. A huge bonus is the parking spot (even though we only used are car one time all week!). A very good value.”

The keyless entry needs adjusting … it wasn’t consistent in taking the codes… property mgt did respond (thank you for meeting me at the site) 2. Poor connectivity. This was never resolved by the property manager. I had spotty connection my entire stay. 3. Limited selection of streaming … suggest expanding to more channels like most other hosts offer. 4. I asked for an additional hour check out and was sent an invoice for $40 to which I……

“Early morning walks on the bay; picking up a picnic from Angel’s for lunch; strolling Commercial Street and browsing the shops, all right out the front door. Then there’s Thursday night gallery openings and PAAM just steps away. ”
