“Excellent value for money, perfect for overnight motorway stop.”

“A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). The initial lack of signage for the car park had us almost parking out the front in a car park full of pot holes but as we got out we realised the car park was round……

“Outstanding! One of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in. Located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. ”

“This was a perfect place to stop in Newark. The owners welcome you so warmly and you feel like you are family whilst there. The room was so lovely and the bath was wonderful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the homemade marmalade was excellent. We certainly will go back there again. ”

“Food is nice. Staff is very polite to help and serve Location is quite close to my destination, only 10 minutes. The view is also great. I could walk around before the breakfast. I like the hotel breakfast, please keep including in the package for the hotel users.”

“Like the security for the rooms, the facilities and being able to put an evening meal together rather than paying to eat out. Also as i currently work in Newark it's very handy for that. Not to be put off but it's also very handy for shopping, eating and drinking also both the train stations ate within walking distance with Castle Station closer than Northgate. No doubt i'll be sraying again soon.”
