“The Good: We enjoyed beautiful top floor condo with a view of the high school fields across the street and downtown, from the rooftop. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. I heard no complaints about the other beds in the household. Location is good. We used the blue line to come in and tour the UIC campus. Over spring break, with no events going on in the area, we had some trouble with restaurants randomly closing because there weren’t enough patrons. We’d highly recommend calling before……

“We were impressed by the overall ambiance of the property. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. I brought in my own beddings and towels since I got the place to host visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was actually unnecessary. The kitchen was immaculate and seemingly unused.”

“Hosts are very responsive. Super easy checkout. The rental has lots of space, is comfortable and is very clean. This was our second time staying there and we hope it will be available the next time we come to visit that area of Chicago!”

“This was the second time we have stayed at this property. We like everything about it. Clean property, plenty of room, cool outlooks from the windows, all the amenities. And the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, well located to other parts of town. And even a very convenient parking space. Highly recommend it. Lastly, the property manager is very responsive and friendly and helpful. ”

“Stayed over Vday weekend— no complaints, space was nice and served my needs perfectly. Had lots of animal/pet related decor and gave the space a nice aesthetic. Owner was communicative and easy to work with! The space had nice amenities like towels, linens, projector, appliances, and etc. Neighborhood was very cute too, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. ”

“If you looking for basic accommodations in an BnB in Chicago, this rental is definitely both. Apartment 2R is cute on the surface. A kitchen, sm. appliances, two bedrooms with LOTS of beds, a decently sized living room, good fridge, safe sleepy neighborhood. SPECIAL NOTE: DO NOT PARK on Archer overnight . YOU WILL BE TOWED. It is quite a long trek to get to the impound lot and at least a 175 fine; it took seven hours off our stay in Chicago. lesson learned the hard wayThe more you look, you……
