“Marc was easy and responsive in our communications. The lake is beautiful! Property was very clean. There are very steep stairs leading up to the apartment/house. It would be helpful to leave a welcome binder with wi-fi, TV information, kayak rentals and things do do around town. Overall Good enjoyed my stay there.”

“This is a Historic Gem located in the heart of the village of Homer! The VRBO is spacious, has a well equipped Kitchen and we loved the outdoor patio with firepit and grill. The furnishings were complementary to the era of the house and at the same time super comfortable. We will be back!!!”

“Overall this property was good. Check in and out was easy and communication with the property manager was great. One big downside was the amount of webs and spiders inside the residence and dead gnats on the countertops that had been accumulating over time. Some of the areas the webs are are extremely high. Not a huge deal, we cleaned what we could reach and still had a blast. We took our 21' pontoon boat and used the dock. The dock was serviceable for our needs but def could use some attention.……

“Perfect for a family ski weekend. The house is located right across the street from the ski area. There is a shuttle but it is totally walkable. The house was well kept and spotless. There is a gas fireplace which keeps the living room nice and warm. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was running smoothly and we were happy. We would definitely come back again!”

“We booked the Song Lake house for a four day period at the beginning of August and from start to finish, our expectations were met or exceeded on every point that's important for us. The house isn't particularly eye-catching from the outside (who cares anyway?) but the interior is gorgeous. We were a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. The beds are really comfortable, the master bedroom is spectacular, all the bathrooms are fresh and stylish, (no line-ups for the bathrooms as there……

“Family from all parts of the US met at this beautiful lake setting for a reunion get-together. It was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping, lots of water “toys”, a very well-equipped kitchen. Lots of firewood for s’mores. And more. We couldn’t have found a better place for the 10 of us. Many thanks to Kristen and all for making this a memorable time together!”

“Beautiful home and property. The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. The most disappointing areas were the steps to the main and side entrances which are very difficult to manage. Also, there was no freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes.”
