“This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future……

“We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub……

“Overall the house was amazing - great location only a few minutes from the mountain, amazing views, and great space for our party of 12 to relax and hang out after skiing. The kids loved all the games in basement. Host was very responsive. Definitely recommended for a large group ski trip!”

“We loved the Lone Star for our 3 night ski weekend with our adult children and spouses. The house was so cozy and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms were roomy and bright. The kitchen and living room had beautiful views of the mountain and we could see fireworks Saturday night from the front deck. The downstairs was the perfect place to unwind and play some games after dinner.”

“This house was incredible! Basically ski in/out with access to the roadrunner trail. The house was well stocked with plenty of space to relax and convene with friends and family. The bedding was impressively comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Dave was super hospitable, responsive and truly went out of his way to make sure our trip was enjoyable. We will be back!”

“We traveled with three families over New Years. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked, and hot tub was nice. Very close to Sunday River. I would recommend.Sunday River area is a little bit of a food desert. All produce was sold out from the local grocers. If you really want something in particular, you should probably bring it.The Igloo at Sunday River was really fun to have a drink at. Sunday River Brew Company close to the house was a good spot to visit. ”

“We had a great long weekend stay at this beautiful mountain home with fabulous views of the fall foliage. The home itself was great, well appointed with plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking/meals. The views were a big part of what drew us to the house and the pictures shown were accurate and the real views lived up to the expectations! The location is great for its proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort as well as the beautiful Grafton Notch State Park and many hiking options. We couldn't……
