Nice condo but Poorly managed

The HVAC system was completely without Freon which tells me the unit had not been serviced in who knows how long. When we contacted the property manager we got a pretty quick response from the local team but that was followed with multiple emails from the company that were full of misinformation and confusing compensation offers. We will not book with VACASA again.
