“What i didnt like was the bed pillows ..hard as a rock. The room was lovely and very clean. The nite mgr went out of his way to try to find soft pillows. They sincerely need to buy new pillows. The bed was comfy...no complaints but plows so rock hard they hurt both our necks. I will return but next time i will bring pillows.”

“This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. ”

“It seemed very unsafe dark area after 10pm with suspicious activities going on in parking lot. I would definitely recommend to avoid this property. Not worth risking your and loved-ones well-being.”

“May i first start off by giving the staff diamond 💎 stars!!! The room - well the space was amazing - but the floor by the restroom was sticky and when i walked on the carpet with my black socks - was picking up what seemed to be dog hair? No tea no shade on pets love love love them; but yeah no. The rooms could use a little facelift to match the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Thank God i only stayed one night.”

“We're staying in 2 bedrooms suite and it's great and spacious room. The front desk staff is polite and friendly even we're asian. The pool is great and clean too, if you can stand the sunshine of Phoenix.”
