“This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. “This condo is a minimalist dream but bring your own toiletries; soap, shampoo, etc. Location is amazing. All the basics but limited on a few things. Forks, spoons, etc. Communication with host took a minute but once we were in contact things were fine. I loved it. Would stay again. ”

“Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still……

“The Cupboard Atop the Stairs is a delightful space! Perfect for a weekend away. Laura was extremely helpful, making room in her garage for our bikes as it was pouring when we arrived on the Cape. Despite the rain, Falmouth offered plenty to keep us busy and our accomodations were cozy. A well stocked kitchenette allowed for coffee in bed in the morning:)”

“Absolutely loved the decor - I’ve never seen a cuter place. And so convenient to restaurants, shops and the Daniel Webster Inn where we attended a wedding. “The property was nice! Super location as it’s just steps away from the beach. Get to beach early or there’s no umbrellas available. They do a great job with setting up chairs on the beach. Hard workers! Beach bars are super convenient and bathrooms were clean. Tons to do all around. Nice restaurants, lots of shopping. Bummed to see some of the cute shops at marketplace aren’t there anymore. Still cute though. ”
