“Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.”

“Location cannot be beat. Easy walking distance to everything in Boston and in the heart of North End. That being said, supplies were very minimal. Only one laundry soap supplied, no coffee, no water bottles, no salt and pepper and only one set of towels for our three-night stay. TV--could not get local channels--no directions for that or anything. However, location trumps it all. I would stay again.”
