“This trip is to celebrate my wife's birthday. Although there were some issues with the room, the hotel staff were very willing to help us resolve the problems, especially the great assistance from the front desk manager, Ms. Marija. She was very efficient and professional, and helped us solve all the issues! We are particularly grateful to her, and we feel very satisfied!!
