“Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if you’re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements it’s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street. ”

“I loved our stay at this property. The price is affordable. The rooms are good size. I'm in a wheelchair and the bathroom was accessible and had the bars set correctly and the toilet was a high toilet which made it easier getting on and off it. The bed was comfortable. The owners were polite and accommodating. It's very close to Chapel Hill Mall, Walmart, Goodwill and just a little farther are Ross, Burlington, and Arc. There are so many restaurants as well, ranging from Saltgrass steakhouse to……

“We just stayed at Majestic Manor with a group of 7! (2 of which were minors)...anyone who has done that before knows how difficult it can be to find a place to meet everyone's expectations...We had ZERO complaints on this VRBO! The view was insane! We all loved waking up to those gorgeous Rockies! And in the evening, that hot tub was the perfect way to end the day!
