“You have to know what to expect. Bottom price and you don't get Kleenex, plush towels,shampoo,or a large room with multiple chairs. But I got friendly check in where the desk clerk went out of her way trying to pick a top floor rm. in a quiet section (I'm talking about away from noisy people. Quiet is relative when I-40 is less than 100 yards away. The room was clean (thank goodness they've replaced carpeting with easy to clean vinyl flooring. The towels are still small and rough, the shower is……

“The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was a great surprise. The double queen room was spacious with frig and microwave. The hot tub was the best one I've seen at a hotel in a long time. It was actually hot, and the jets were powerful. Breakfast was the only slight disappointment because everything being served was prepackaged sugary food, except the eggs which were overly salty. But everything else about the hotel was fantastic.”

“We were given a 2nd floor room and there were no elevators available in addtion the air conditioner was so noisy we couldn't use it. As senior citizens, theses factors made our stay less than ideal.”
