“The cottage was perfect for our family of eight spanning 3 generations. The living space was plenty, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as well as the kid-sized plates and utensil. There were also games for the family to enjoy. “This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)”

“Tricky drive. Steep climb from dock to Lookout. To be fair, it looks like the high percentage of homes on Norris lake had steep climbs from dock to residence. I think it's called, vacation in the mountains! If I had one suggestion, it would be some kind of sun block for the deck in the evening. It faces the west and would be more pleasant with an awning or something. We loved our stay ! Steve and Kathy are great hosts. Such nice people. Norris lake is the prettiest lake I have ever been……

“The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. “The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in……
