「The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available The access is safe and secure and it was easy to find. 「I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. 」

「馬桶坐墊已被破壞，入住時沒有維修，電腦椅輪子(5輪)其中一輪已被拔除，無法坐穩，浴室兩水龍頭皆無法有效控制水量，一定要開啟最大量，造成水噴四處，入住兩夜其中一天交代櫃檯前往打掃未果。」

「This place is even better than the reviews give it credit for. It's modern, spacious, and the customer service is attentive. It has a pool, and although it does not have a gym, there's a really wonderful park with running trails next door. On top of that, it's quite literally steps away from Melrose Arch, close enough to food and attractions, but far enough to be quiet at night. I've stayed in many different places in the city, and this may be my new go-to place to stay in Joburg!」

「First, South Africa is the most beautiful Country!! The house is amazing, the host is amazing. The house was everything the host said it would be. The house was clean and the host had everything for all of our every needs. The host was always a call or text away to answer every question we had and offered help we didn't think about.
