Our Dream Villa-Home “Aruba Villa - Heaven on Earth” (3885 sq. ft. or 361 m2) has been in the upscale area “Esmeralda”. We would like to share our dream Villa-Home with you. From the spacious veranda you have a good view to the Salina and the high rise hotel area with the Ritz-Carlton. You can see the kites and sailboats passing by at the sea and from the huge pool you'll enjoy the sunset with a fantastic panoramic view. The Villa-Home borders upon the natural preserve and has lots of privacy. It is just 5 minutes away from the great beaches, shopping's, restaurants, golf course, casino, movie theater and much more.
The Villa-Home features a spacious living room with TV and WiFi, fully equipped European kitchen with granite counter top, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, 3 baths and additional an attached studio with kitchenette, toilet and outside shower with privacy. From the gorgeous pool with a length of 29 ft. or 9 m you may marvel at the fantastic sunsets with a glass of wine. Your stay is going to be like in “Heaven on Earth”.
The booking is for a 4 bedrooms for 8 adults. A child bed and a baby crib are also available. The studio will be closed and not rented out to others.
Optionally you can book the studio for $ 500 extra per week, which the booking have to be make for 10 guests.

Heaven on Earth
Our stay in this large house was nothing less than wonderful! Our family of 7 (6 adults plus a 1 year old) had the time of our lives, enjoying the pool, lounging outside, preparing meals in the spacious kitchen and watching the beautiful sunset over the Salina. The house has everything you could possible need (bring your own knives as the ones supplied are not sharp) The mattresses were all very comfortable, however the spacious master bedroom could use new sheets as the ones on the bed were uncomfortably pilled. The house is tastefully decorated, and the backyard is landscaped beautifully. We would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Heaven in Aruba
Spectacular house with spacious bedrooms and common spaces. The entire house is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of kitchen ware and accessories including almost any spice you may need. The pool area includes a very nice pool, a large covered seating area and a great view of the dry lake and highrise hotel area. The property manager was gracious and very helpful. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Aruba.

Truly Paradise on One Happy Island
This beautiful villa is exceptional! We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The home was beautiful inside and out. It was well furnished, clean, and so comfortable for all of us. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the wonderful patio space. We happily viewed the sunsets outside each evening with dinner and wine. The house is very private, but has gorgeous views of the salina and off to the ocean. The home was in a residential neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. We felt we had more of a true local Aruban experience. The property manager, Isan, was a real treasure. He was friendly and so helpful. He and his family (as well as the many wonderful local Arubians we encountered) made us feel so welcome. Communication with the owner was also easy and she kindly answered many of our questions. If you are looking for a dream vacation with the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, this is the location for you. This Villa Heaven on Earth, on this One Happy Island, was a spectacular vacation we will always remember!

A fantastic house in a great location. Rooms were very comfortable and outside area is perfect. Only advice is bring your own pillow, but that's true will any VRBO. Other than that enjoy your stay in paradise!

One Happy Renter
The home was meticulously clean, extremely well stocked with any item you could want. There were plenty of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, dish soap etc… Beach chairs that were practically new, beach floats plenty of towels. The home management team was exceptional if we had any concerns. The only negative if you could find one is the outdoor furniture could be more comfortable. All and all it was a fabulous trip and we will go back

Simply Amazing!
A wonderful house for our family vacation. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities that you don't usually find in rentals such as a full spice rack, beach chairs and coolers. The pool area is spectacular! We loved coming home after exploring the island in the mornings to spend the afternoons on the covered deck. The sunsets from this area are beautiful. The house is so close to everything - just a short drive to the beaches and grocery stores. The host was extremely helpful - recommending grocery stores that were still open when we arrived New Year's Eve. Can't say enough good things about this house and I highly recommend it!

This property was amazing!!! Couldn’t have picked a better place for this family trip. Isan was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. Place was spotless and everything was there that you needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. BBQ was great especially for grilling up the fresh fish from fishing trip . Beach chairs towels cooler all available for a day at the beach Arashi beach was 5 mins away if that. I’ve been to Aruba several times and would definitely chose this place again . Did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend

Overall it was a great vaca The house was clean and very spacious. Bathrooms and bedrooms were beautiful. Living room furniture was uncomfortable but we made due. The pool was wonderful. The bbq had issues as did the stove in the kitchen. The manager of the property was a really nice guy. Went over and above to help with our needs.

Amazing time in Esmeralda 30
I’ve stayed with my family at Esmeralda 30. Beautiful property located only 4 minutes to Arashi beach. The best beach in Aruba in my opinion. The property is located close to Palm Beach shopping mall. The house was clean and better in person than the pictures. In the afternoon the pool was perfect place to cool off and enjoy time with family. The host was very friendly and resourceful. I already miss Aruba. Can’t wait to go back.

The way to stay in Aruba!
We've been coming to Aruba for 17 years and staying in our timeshare. This year, we needed more room and we found this property. It is everything as advertised and more! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The pool and veranda are heavenly, unless you like the crowded pools at the big hotels. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We will certainly be returning! (and unloading our timeshare!)

Dream Home...
The title of the house says it all "Haven on Earth ". This was my second trip to Aruba and I rented the same house again. This was a great place for my family and friends. The Property is fully equipped. The property manage Isan provided great service as well. If I go back to Aruba again, I would book the same place. Relaxing Getaway
Our stay was amazing! Our property manager was excellent, responsive and informative. The lay out of the home was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The only disappointment was that the beaches was NOT within walking distance and car rental was a must. Thank you Isan for your great hospitality!
