Hotel with a lot of potential but unfortunately not much service to go with it. Our room (beach cottage) had a nice view but there was no hot water for our entire stay and we had to deal with plenty of spiders and ants in the room (which can be expected in this part of the world). The internet was down on the first day but it more or less worked afterwards. Obviously, there was no coverage in the room. The food was average at best and they mostly didn't have what was offered on their menu. The price of the food and beverages was ridiculously expensive for the place, so were other services (e.g. laundry). Also, the price of activites offered was more than twice the price of what we paid in another lodge nearby. Plus, the visa machine didn't work so we had to pay in cash.
That said, we really enjoyed the beach and our room. The lodge is a bit far from the village and the port (30min walking), but is makes it more like a secret place. Still, the staff were kind...
