The place needs a little TLC it looks like they are doing some remodeling but rooms clean, beds comfortable very close to everything and tours come directly to hotel for pick-up. Overall I would not hesitate to come back. "

"Didnt like that there was no valet. There should have been some valet staff to take it to whatever garage they had us park at especially since it was near the same price as valet and had to walk blocks away"

" I thought the hotel was absolutely lovely. It was sparkling Lee clean from the moment I walked in. I knew I was in a place that was well taken care of and respected. My room was exactly at the same level of excellence. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The location of this hotel was prime. We didn't have a car, and the flat rate taxi ride from the airport was nice. And then we could walk everywhere we wanted to go for our 2 night stay. So many places to eat within easy walking distance to both Bourbon Street and the riverfront makes a car unnecessary to enjoy a lot of what NO has to offer. We ate at the connected Mr. Ed's twice and liked the menu/service/cleanliness/etc. of the restaurant. Same thing for the hotel... checking in was uneventful, the room was clean, and security was noticeable (which is a good thing). Overall we had a great stay and I'd come back again. "

"The only thing i noticed that needs improvement on cleanliness is the button board in the elevator off the lobby up to my room. "

"The hotel is located in the center of everything. The walk to Bourbon Street was very short. The hotel could have been cleaner, especially the elevator, which had a bad odor. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner as well. "
